A chef's-table experience lead by Chris Saraiva, Co-Founder of Brands of Portugal.
The tasting will include Bellini's Crudo Tasting, Tuna Tartare, Charred Octopus, Shrimp Tagliolini or Beef alla Parmigiana, and Panna Cotta. Those dishes will be individually paired with wines from Portugal including BBQ Sparkling, Torre de Palma, Adega de Portalegre, Vadio, CARM, and West India Madeira.
