Team Noah Foundation was founded in 2012 in honor of Noah Fernandes, who was diagnosed with MELAS, a progressive and degenerative mitochondrial disease.
After a long battle, Noah passed away on March 16, 2016, but his loving memory and spirit lives on.
Their mission is to help make a difference for children with special needs and their families by improving their quality of life: With your generosity and support along with Noah's inspiration, we will continue with our ongoing efforts to help many deserving children and their families by helping them to acquire the necessities they need to live better lives.
