Defio Película Branco Nat'Cool
The vineyard is located in Óbidos sub-region (inside the Lisboa demarcated region), on chalky-clay soil, and is 4 years old. The harvest took place on the first week of September 2021.
For 17 days, Fernão Pires and Arinto grapes fermented together with their skins. Once the alcoholic fermentation finished, the grapes were pressed, and a small percentage of Alvarinho grapes that had fermented in used french oak barrels for 7 months, was added to the final blend.
